Det finns flera anledningar att uppskatta vin. På rå ser vi vinets främsta kvalitet i dess förmåga att väcka känslor.

Därför hoppas vi att på rå att kunna erbjuda dig viner som kommer att lyfta dina speciella stunder – såväl de lyckliga och glada som de melankoliska och meditativa – och göra dem intensiva och minnesvärda.

Vi specialiserar oss på naturliga, hantverksmässigt tillverkade viner producerade utan syntetiska tillsatser – varken på vingården eller i vinkällaren.

Dessa så kallade “naturliga viner” tas fram i en process som värnar om miljön och konsumenternas hälsa. 

Tack vare den miljövänliga produktionsprocessen får vinet de kvalitéer vi eftersöker: renhet, intensitet och personlighet.

Vi tror starkt på att det är just dessa egenskaper som kommer att ge våra kunder en vacker smakupplevelse som berör på en personlig nivå.

rå’s viner har en unik energi och charm sprungen ur deras historia, ursprungsort och från de människor som tagit fram drycken. Tack vare den naturliga produktionsprocessen har våra viner kvalitéer som inte återfinns hos de standardiserade viner som produceras i stora volymer ofta med hjälp av syntetiska tillsatser och miljöförstörande medel.

Hur vi skiljer oss: Hur vi väljer våra viner

Våra viner väljs inte ut av vinhandlare som hanterar stora volymer eller av sommeliérer från grands crus och andra prestigefyllda varumärken. Istället använder vi oss av utbildade vinmakare som väl känner till alla de faser som tillhör vinframställning – från startskottet på vingården till slutfasen i vinkällaren. Med flera års erfarenhet av att arbeta ihop med vinmakare i olika regioner av Frankrike kan vi garantera hög produktionsstandard och kvalitét på de viner vi väljer ut till våra kunder.

Vårt sortiment av viner är resultatet av ett noggrant urval baserat på detaljerad kunskap om deras ursprung.

De viner vi erbjuder kan vara svåra att hitta eftersom de produceras i små volymer och av vinproducenter som är mer intresserade av att producera högkvalitativa viner än av att marknadsföra dem. Trots detta eller snarare just därför är dessa viner mycket eftertraktade. De säljer sålunda snabbt ut ifall de inte bokas i förväg och dyker därför sällan upp på nya marknader.

Genom att ha arbetat ihop och skapat goda relationer med vinmakare i Frankrike hoppas vi att via rå kunna erbjuda några av dessa viner och deras unika historia till vinentusiaster i Sverige.

 The wines we like

The reasons for appreciating wine can be diverse. We, at rå, see wine's most important virtue in its ability to create and give emotions.

More than a simple drink, we hope to offer you wines that will make special moments, be they happy, melancholic, meditative or festive, even more intense and memorable.

rå is specialized in natural craft-wines, produced without synthetic additives, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

This choice in favor of so-called « natural wines » is not only motivated by our concern for the protection of the environment and of human health, but also because this way of producing wine makes it possible, more than any other, to obtain wines with the qualities we are looking for : purity, intensity and personnality.
We strongly believe that these qualities are the ones most likely to give our customers the most beautiful emotions and to touch them on a personal level. 

Sometimes also called « raw wines » , natural wines are above all full of life and energy, as well as of a compelling charm closely linked to their history, to their place of origin and to the men and women who produced them. 

Our wines carry in them these unique features and are able to pass them over more than any of the standardized wines most commonly found nowadays, produced in large volumes and through the usage of synthetic products and disruptive technologies.

Our difference : How we select our wines

Our wines are not selected by wine merchants handling big volumes, nor by sommeliers experts in grands crus and other prestigious brands, but by trained winemakers who know and understand all the different phases of winemaking, from the vineyard to the cellar. With years of experience working with winemakers in different regions of France, we can guarantee the production methods of the wines we propose to our customers.

Our selection of wines is the result of a careful choice, based on an intimate knowledge of their provenance. 

The wines we propose can be difficult to find because produced in low volumes by winemakers more interested in producing high quality wines than in marketing them, but which are nonetheless, or precisely because of this, highly sought-after. They are hence sold quickly, if not booked in advance, and do not easily find their way to new markets.

Having worked and established friendly relations over the years with some of these winemakers, we hope, through rå, to be able to share some of these wines and their beautiful stories with wine enthusiasts in Sweden.
